Mr. Mohamed Mustapha Raïssouni
Mr. Mohamed Mustapha Raïssouni was born in 1939 in Tanger.
Mr. Raïssouni is lawyer. He was President of the Bar in Tanger from 1977 to 1980, and general secretary of the Moroccan Bar Association from 1985 to 1997.
He was president of the Moroccan Bar Association from 1997 to 2000, and became member of the “Conseil consultatif des droits de l’Homme” (CCDH) in 1990. Ex member of the “Instance indépendante d’Arbitrage », Mr. Raïssouni is currently the president of the « Association du Développement » in the province of Tanger and of the “Association de soutien aux Etablissements Universitaires”.
