Mr. Abdelhay Moudden

Mr. Abdelhay Moudden was born in 1953 in Moukrissat (province of Chefchaouen).

Mr. Moudden has a bachelor’s law degree from the Rabat Law Faculty, a Master’s degree in Political Sciences from the West Florida University (United States), and a PhD in Political Sciences from the Michigan University (United States).

University Professor in Morocco and United States, Mr. Moudden is at present professor of political sciences and international relations at the Law faculty of Rabat..

He has published several studies about the political culture, thinking and economy, and he is also the author of two novels, one of which is "Adieux à Tanger".
